The Mayor of the city of Beni suspended from his office on 30/05/2020



The Mayor of the city of Beni, Nyonyi bwanakawa, was suspended from office this Saturday, May 2020, 30 by North Kivu province governor, Nzanzu Kasivita Carly. According to the provincial decree signed by the Governor, Mayor Nyonyi bwanakawa has been characterized by behavior that is contrary to the reference values of the state public agent.
The latter, according to the provincial decree, found himself guilty of violating the code of conduct of the state public officer with respect to the right of reserve in the communication plan.
According to this decision, Mayor Nyonyi bwanakawa shone by posing subversive acts as far as he is a part of the principle of unity of command.
During the suspension period, the acting mayor will be insured in accordance with the principle of legal substitute.
This suspension comes in the wake of the suspension by the suspended mayor of certain national and provincial deputies of Beni, in complicity with the provincial government of North Kivu, to to the pressure groups, who are responsible for tensions in his city, then as these same politicians [MPs and provincial government] are the creators.
This report was made on radio TV Rwanzururu (RTR), a local radio, from a telephone call from Goma, where the Mayor of Beni had been blocked for a week in a hotel, while he had been called by his hierarchy ..
