Panic in Rwanda, its Ituri massacre funding network has been arrested in Uganda

A group of individuals coming from Ituri were arrested in Uganda on the night of 21 August 2020 after fraudulently crossing the border through the Semuliki River. This arrest revealed evidence confirming that Paul Kagame's Rwanda deployed all the necessary means in eastern DR Congo in general, but in Ituri in particular, to materialize crimes of massacres and terrorist acts on which it relies the strategy of balkanizing this country. Those who fall into Ugandan security net under this circumstances are Ituri nationals who are part of the network of agents manipulated by Paul Kagame and Joseph Kabila to exterminate their own brothers, hiding this crime under CODECO militias, FPIC and ADF. The very paradoxical thing is that all of these defendants are essentially under the leadership of the Hema cultural association named ′′ ENTE ", except for the driver of the Bira community group. 1. Mr. Ibrahim Bamaraki, President-in-Office of the Hema community ′′ ENTE ";

2. Honorable Kisembo Bitamara, former South Bahema community leader, and principal adviser to Mr. Bamaraki;

3. Mr. Kaswara Pele, still from the leadership circle of the same community;

4. Mr. Ndukukwa aka Brown, the driver.

How did they get arrested?

Mr. Bamaraki and his team allowed themselves to force the border crossing after corrupting Ugandan services working at the Karugutu post. This is happening as the Uganda-DR Congo border is still officially closed to prevent the expansion of the COVID-19. pandemic.
