A new administration in Kinshasha!


 The Suminwa government, an in-depth reshuffle The new government of the Democratic Republic of Congo, led by Prime Minister Judith Suminwa, has 54 members, 3 fewer than the previous cabinet of Sama Lukonde. There is a slight increase in female representation, with 17 ministers compared to 16 previously. This in-depth reshuffle resulted in 30 new ministers appointed, while 15 old ones were reappointed and 9 were reassigned to other ministries. This government will have the difficult task of meeting the economic, social and security challenges facing the country in the years to come.
