INTERNAL STRIFE WITH THE RANKS OF M23: AS TWO M23 UNITS CLASS IN MUBUGU

The military governor of North Kivu, Major General Peter Cirimwami, visited the city yesterday to assess the progress of the forces on the ground and to galvanize the troops. On 16/02/2024,there was an intense fighting in katsiru where one colonel in name of Kanyesuku Jack was neutralised,there is a claim that Kanyesuku Jack was an m23 member from the RDF.

In the same night, M23 rebels and their RDF allies tried again to open another front on the MWESO-PINGA axis in order to bypass the Wazalendo lines in the MBUHI village located 3 km from the Center of Mweso. But the Wazalendo Resistants stopped them in their tracks and managed to push them back to BUSHENGE.

M23 MOVEMENT FACING INTERNAL WRANGLE

There is increasing Discomfort within the ranks of M23, Soldiers, civilians, financiers and other relatives are abandoning the movement. too much pressure is being mounted on the political class in Kinshasha to cut diplomatic relations with Kampala.There a Variety of un verified pictures that have been circulating claiming that it was UPDF killed in Rutshuru

and pictures of vehicle carrying armed men whom they claim have  constantly been using kitagoma border point to enter Rutshuru ,this is the picture which UPDF categorically verified was a picture that was taken when UPDF  was  entering,as it was participating in The EACF deployed in north kivu.Kitagoma border is in busanza ,kisoro district.The recent letter written yesterday by the UPDF spokes person has raised more anger,with accusations that Felix Kulaigye would not have  illtalked about FARDC and the much loved and respected  Jules Mulumba,the spokesman of Wazalendo.They claim that ,the words in the letter vividly shows the UPDF's side!They are other claims that these elites are stressing out ,which for security reasons ,I cannot put here.It is upon the FARDC external intelligence and UPDF external intelligence institutions to go to the go the ground and have a thorough clarification on the matter!For Ugandan civilians,it would be to hostile for these two countries to cut diplomatic ties!

FARDC confirms the arrest of the north kivu's head of domestic intelligence on accussation of collaborating with M23!

 FARDC CONFIRMS THE ARREST OF ITS INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS IN CONVICTION OF ALLYING WITH M23!

From military intelligence sources, the head of the National Intelligence Agency (ANR) in the province of North Kivu and his two deputies were arrested in Goma and taken since the evening of Tuesday February 13, 2024 to Kinshasa, on the orders of General Christian Ndaywel, the head of the Military Intelligence Staff, formerly the Military Detection of Anti-Homeland Activities (Demiap) in Kintambo, where they are detained. According to a confidantand former member of DEMIAP,Fabien Mbwembwe and his two deputies in charge, one of operations and the other of administration, are accused of collusion with the enemy.

THE SPOKESPERSON OF THE GORVENOR,DJIMMY WAS ALSO ARRESTED!

M23 vs wazalendo fighting resumed on the hill of kagano ,today morning!

 Since 5 a.m. this Friday 16/02, clashes have been reported in Kagano hill in the Mupfunyi Shanga group and surrounding areas, between the M23 and the Wazalendo resistance fighters. After fighting all day yesterday in the hills overlooking the village of Bihambwe in masisi territory where young patriotic resistance fighters failed to dislodge the rebels from their trenches, this morning the situation remains calm. In Shasha,there are reports of the looting of the Shasha health center by the M23 rebels, who allegedly took away all the necessary items from this health structure. Five days after their approach to the city of Sake, the m23 rebels and their RDF allies have still not set foot on the soil of this entity. The wazalendo and the FARDC control the city of Sake, at a time when the population is no longer there. During the night of this Friday, trucks of M23 reinforcements with men and ammunition arrived at the antennas located in the hills overlooking the city of SAKE our sources on site say. Many observers negatively criticize the attitude of the Congolese army in giving the rebels plenty of time to reorganize around Sake, and fear the fall of this city into the hands of the rebels who are quietly strengthening themselves in the area.
