The permanent mission of DRC to UN has said something on the UN security council renewed sanctions

According to a certain opinion widely relayed on the web, the United Nations Security Council United Nations should not have renewed its sanctions regime against Democratic Republic of Congo on the grounds that the notification obligation which weighed on the DRC had been lifted in 2022.

In this regard, the Permanent Mission of the Democratic Republic of Congo to the United Nations wishes to clarify for the benefit of both national opinion that such an interpretation reflects a confusion which borders on a lack of mastery of the practice of the Security Council in this matter, of the modus operandi of the sanctions regime of the Security Council and the embargo established for this purpose", document.

The financial advisor to the military governor of North Kivu attended and was presented in the meeting M23 held in Kirumba

 As claimed by the vigilant civilians who attended the meeting,Kakule Simisi Josephat, deputy of MP David Kamuha, financial advisor to the military Governor of North Kivu and influential executive of the BUREC Political Party of Minister Julien Paluku  is officially Mayor of KIRUMBA. He was presented during a meeting by the M23.

 Second deputy of provincial deputy David Kamuha and financial advisor to the military Governor of North Kivu, was elected this Wednesday as "representative" of the population to the leaders o M23 . According to Intelligence  sources inside the M23, the latter will play the role of civil society liaison while collaborating perfectly with the M23. This decision was taken during a popular meeting held this Wednesday.

 Even those close to governors and soldiers are  now in the M23.

President Museveni meets Ethiopian army Chief of staff
