Operation Shujaa!Congolese praise UPDF for good discipline

In several villages in areas under Operation Shuja, mineral water produced in Uganda is filling food stores and shops. "We buy this water at a more affordable price than water produced in the DRC," explains a vendor we met in Vulamba, on the Butembo-Mangurejipa road.

At retail price, a 0.5-liter bottle costs an average of 300 CDF compared to 1,000 CDF for water produced in the DRC. It's a good deal! "So much the better. Instead of stealing and looting, they sell their own goods! Because our FARDC soldiers steal their own goods and those of the population," continues one analyst.

For others, these soldiers disrupt the commercial activities of those who pay taxes.

"What's the problem when they help our brothers get drinking water other than that provided by Regideso, whose control our honorable deputies do not acknowledge?

Aree these whispers from DOHA real....?

The Interior Ministers of the DRC and Rwanda, the African Union, and the United States, the mediator, are invited to the final round of negotiations.

Will Rwanda accept this???

Rwanda will sign the Doha Agreement as an aggressor and major supporter of the M23 terrorists.

Rwanda will now be found guilty of any violations of the agreement by its Rwandan M23 proxies.

The entry of the United States has completely upset the diplomatic balance.

Information from Doha, here are some elements proposed by the M23/AFC rebels

➡️ An inclusive national dialogue, led and facilitated by the CENCO and the ECC

➡️ A peaceful resolution of tensions between the DRC and Rwanda

➡️ An end to all state support for non-state armed groups

➡️ Respect for the DRC Constitution, democratic principles, and human rights, as well as an end to arbitrary prosecutions, detentions, and denial of official documents (such as passports) against political opponents and citizens

➡️ Calls on the DRC government to combat systemic corruption,

implement transparent and accountable governance, and enforce constitutional term limits.
