As my pledge to keep you informed of the extra-confidential info from the power centre, I am reliably informed that some other Senior UPDF Brigadier and Colonels [Names withheld for now] of The Uganda People's Defence Forces (UPDF) Engineering Brigade attempted to bribe Gen. MK following a multi-billion-dollar construction tender deal/thuggery.
Accordingly, some wiseacre/broker convinced these troublesome crooks that Gen. MK had asked for a UGX 17 BN Bribe to exonerate them. Little did they know it was a trap!
"Foolishly", these crooks hurriedly sold some of their loot/property in Kyanja, Ntinda, and Kampala city respectively to raise the 17 Bn. Days later they drove 17BN in cash to Upper Mbuya Barracks with the hope that it was a done deal. To their greatest shock of life, MK ordered their arrest and instructed his team to record the cash as an exhibit when the court-martial trials kick off early next year.
As we speak these crooks have been in Makindye for over three months now awaiting trial just like Gen. Birungi and so many others!

War in kamanyola this friday!
Fighting broke out as early as 5:30 this Friday, December 5, on several fronts in South Kivu. According to local testimonies, the M23 rebels, backed by the Rwandan army, launched attacks against the positions of Congolese forces and their allies. Violent clashes are thus opposing rebels against troops of the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC) — and their allies — in several sectors of South Kivu.

Burundian foreign minister closes border with Rwanda on allegations of many arms crossing the border
Rwanda allegedly closesBugarama/Kamanyola border following tense situation as futile wazalendo claim readiness for any attack
This Wednesday, December 3, 2025, intense fighting breaks out on
the DRC-Rwanda border: the Congolese government forces (FARDC), supported by
the "Wazalendo" fighters, face Rwandan soldiers allied with the M23
group.
The hostilities target especially the Kamanyola area in South
Kivu, as well as the hills surrounding Rubarika.
According to military intelligence reports I have enmassed since
morning, FARDC and Wazalendo are preparing to retake Kamanyola — a strategic
point — following an offensive carried out along the Katogota axis towards
Kamanyola.
In response, the Rwandan authorities have reportedly decided to
close the border checkpoint between Kamanyola and the Rwandan city of Bugarama
in Rusizi District. In other words, alleged airstrikes are reportedly targeting
a border bridge on River Ruzizi, linking Bugarama to Kamanyola.
Wazalendo's have been opposed to the general command: they had
been asked to withdraw from certain positions on national road number 5. Following
their refusal, the General-in-charge reportedly agreed to continue jointly
FARDC-Wazalendo operations "until the country is completely
liberated."
Wazalendo fighters have taken over part of Kamanyola, particularly around the building belonging to Senator Katintima, following violent clashes with rebels.
"We are already controlling part of Kamanyola, specifically in the neighborhood said at Katintima. We are also consolidating our positions in Katogota. "In the coming hours, the entire Kamanyola congestion could be under our control," said the general.
According to security sources, Rwandan drones reportedly attacked the joint FARDC-Wazalendo positions during the night in order to seize the Kamanyola bridge and prevent the arrival of Congolese reinforcements. "They have been neutralized, but fighting is still going on from this morning up to now," according to an official source.
It is worth noting that the Kigali-backed M23 attacks commenced the day before yesterday against the FARDC-Wazalendo positions. Despite these offenses and rumors circulating on social networks, the Congolese forces maintain their control over the agglomerations of Luvingi, Sange and Lubarika.
The Sukola 2 South Operations Command, in South Kivu, has formally denied, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, rumors that the FARDC would have banned Wazalendo fighters from fighting the AFC-M23 rebels.
In a statement, the Loyalist Forces denounce audio attributed to a alleged Wazalendo fighter and presented as a "Rwandan poison" intended to cause confusion in the opinion.
"The Commander of Operational Sector Sukola 2 South, Brigadier General Chiviri Hamuli, strongly condemns the false rumors circulated on social media, stating an alleged ban on the Wazalendo's from fighting the enemy," the document read.
Command warns the authors of this "crazy rumor," threatening lawsuits for "disrupting reality on the ground."
The FARDC also reminds that the army and the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP) "will not fall into the trap of the RDF/M23-AFC mafia networks, whose aim is to weaken the morale of the population and sabotage the good collaboration that exists on the ground."
According to Intelligence collections from within wazalendo,General Hamuli finally calls on the people not to give in to manipulation, hammering that "all this is just Rwandan poison.
Yesterday 2 December 2025, RDF/M23/RED/Twirwaneho/FNL from Nzabampema were allegedlybeaten badly in Katogota.
Accordingly and allegedly, insiders in wazalendo claim that the RDF special forces brigade, commanded by Colonel Mugabo, was in Nyamasheke in Rusizi District, and crossed Bugarama border heading to Kamanyola to provide assistance.
