Head of state of DRC Felix Antoine Tshisekede has sanctioned planners of the Katanga massacres. Soon Kyabula Jacques and John Numbi will be under arrest!

According to reliable sources, a counterpart of Governor Kyabula has leaked several plans of the March 13, 2020. massacre.
The investigation continues to find around thirty of the missing UDPS members abducted by the militia of John Numbi and Governor Kyabula whose relatives continue to claim their return with family.
However, several security sources investigating the July 9 and the July 13 massacre say that by canceling the July 13 march, Moise Katumbi thwarted a bloodbath, and conclude that Governor Kyabula is involved, and will have to answer before justice.
Several NGO members investigating these massacres in Congo, France and Belgium believe that the president of the DRDCONGO must immediately arrest Governor Kyabula for committing a massacre in complicity with General John Numbi. They also want the president to order an international investigation to inform national and international opinion of these massacres which now fall into the rank of crimes against humanity, suggesting that the responsible authorities in the province have planned to trigger ethnic cleansing in Lubumbashi and in the great Katanga.
Diplomatic sources under anonymity do not hesitate to call for the arrest of Governor Kyabula and John Numbi as well as an international investigation into what is now known as the Lubumbashi massacre of UDPS members in the March of 9 July 2020, 2020.
In another related issue, General Celestine Mbala may also get in hot soup after he failed to provide take-home allowances to FARDC officials as the president has instructed via an official letter.This leaked shows that the president has allowed a given some of money to be given to officers which thing the chief of staff of FARDC ,did not do..and officers want to know where the money went.
