Armed men assimilated to the ADF (Allied Democratic Force) rebels stormed the region of Kilya, Halungupa village, in Ruwenzori sector, Beni territory in the north of North Kivu province, on Monday, September 07 2020.

 

According to the village chief Halungupa Aruni Alimasi who confirmed the news , the assailants made the rounds in the towns of Ngadu where they shot dead civilians before vanishing.
