The recent armed attacks by ADF rebels in Ituri have not left indifferent the elected national deputy of Kananga, Claudel Lubaya, who stigmatizes a deteriorated and trying security situation in eastern DRC.
This is why he calls on the government to transform its meeting of Friday, September 11, 2020 into a Council of War.
"The people are waiting for decisions given the gravity of the situation in the East, not whining," he wrote on his tweet on Friday.
