FARDC confirms the arrest of the north kivu's head of domestic intelligence on accussation of collaborating with M23!

 FARDC CONFIRMS THE ARREST OF ITS INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS IN CONVICTION OF ALLYING WITH M23!

From military intelligence sources, the head of the National Intelligence Agency (ANR) in the province of North Kivu and his two deputies were arrested in Goma and taken since the evening of Tuesday February 13, 2024 to Kinshasa, on the orders of General Christian Ndaywel, the head of the Military Intelligence Staff, formerly the Military Detection of Anti-Homeland Activities (Demiap) in Kintambo, where they are detained. According to a confidantand former member of DEMIAP,Fabien Mbwembwe and his two deputies in charge, one of operations and the other of administration, are accused of collusion with the enemy.

Djimmy NZIALY, the governor's new spokesperson and unsuccessful candidate for provincial deputy in the city of Goma on Burec's list, was arrested  on the orders of General Ndaywell of military intelligence. According tothe confidant, NZIALY was in constant communication with Cornelle Nanga, to whom he had been sending text messages for a week about the movements of the officers and especially the support for the Wazalendo coming from the military governor. M23 vs wazalendo fighting resumed on the hill of kagano ,today morning!

 Since 5 a.m. this Friday 16/02, clashes have been reported in Kagano hill in the Mupfunyi Shanga group and surrounding areas, between the M23 and the Wazalendo resistance fighters. After fighting all day yesterday in the hills overlooking the village of Bihambwe in masisi territory where young patriotic resistance fighters failed to dislodge the rebels from their trenches, this morning the situation remains calm. In Shasha,there are reports of the looting of the Shasha health center by the M23 rebels, who allegedly took away all the necessary items from this health structure. Five days after their approach to the city of Sake, the m23 rebels and their RDF allies have still not set foot on the soil of this entity. The wazalendo and the FARDC control the city of Sake, at a time when the population is no longer there. During the night of this Friday, trucks of M23 reinforcements with men and ammunition arrived at the antennas located in the hills overlooking the city of SAKE our sources on site say. Many observers negatively criticize the attitude of the Congolese army in giving the rebels plenty of time to reorganize around Sake, and fear the fall of this city into the hands of the rebels who are quietly strengthening themselves in the area.

FARDC inflicts a heavy death toll on M23 in Mushaki and Karuba and recovers children recruited by the rebels

Local sources speak of several elements of M23 were neutralized and children recruited by force recovered by the Congolese army this Tuesday. “What I saw with my own eyes is truly horrible, many M23 elements lost their lives this Tuesday, January 30, what is interesting in all of this is the fact that the FARDC recovered children who were forced to take up arms by the M23", declared Bugimba Laurent, from the youth of Mushaki in Masisi territory.

There are claims that Lt colonel V.Kazarama was killed in these fightings of today.

On Monday January 29, several bombs fell in the town of Sake and others on the Muhima farm in Kirotshe. According to some witnesses, some bombs come from M23 and others from the Congolese army.
