US senate calls for immediate cessation of hostilities, withdrawal of Rwandan army but M23 confirms it will not stop war

The U.S. Senate calls for an immediate cessation of all hostilities, the withdrawal of the M23 and the Rwandan army, and the initiation of legal proceedings against all perpetrators of crimes of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity.

But,Major Willy NGOMA  on  morning of 27/04/215 via telegram said!

"Who told you the war is over? The AFC M23 has just captured two strategic cities, notably Kaziba and Kabamba.

To negotiate effectively with the madman FΓ©lix Tshilombo, we need to capture Kisangani, Lubumbashi, Mbandaka, and Kwamouthou. FΓ©lix Tshilombo must be cornered in Kinshasa. There will be good negotiations, and we'll face each other on the table!

An agreement is a small piece of paper that can be torn up at any time; the administration is a continuum. We have already sent our emissaries to the United States to inform Donald Trump's regime that no US economic interests will be threatened in the DRC if we overthrow the chaotic, arrogant, bloody tribal regime of FΓ©lix Tshisekedi.

None of the nine countries bordering the DRC wants to see FΓ©lix Tshilombo at the head of the Democratic Republic of Congo anymore because he's a deranged, unhinged, comedian. Insolent thief who accuses everyone to hide his incompetence! Nothing is ever over, you rejoice too quickly!

No one on this earth can trust FΓ©lix Tshilombo. In the agreement FΓ©lix Tshisekedi signed with Rwanda, he ceded strategic minerals from Rubaya, South Kivu, and WalikalΓ© to Rwanda for a period of 25 years, on the condition that Rwanda leave him in power, except that we control these strategic minerals. And do my brothers in the UDPS know what FΓ©lix Tshilombo signed with Rwanda?

You still haven't understood anything, haven't gained anything!"

UPDF & FARDC evaluation meeting held in fortportal

This ended Saturday, April 26, 2025 ,there was an  evaluation meeting of joint operations FARDC-UPDF at FORT PORTAL in UGANDA

Remember that there has been 7 days of intense fighting as FARDC and UPDF managed to dislodge the ADF from their strategic base of Ekenye along the Mukondo road axis in Beni territory..

However,as UPDF vehicles entered DRC on Saturday for this evaluation, according to our HUMINT and OSINT collections, there are a lot rumours by some Congolese media that the UPDF was secretly infiltrating other soldiers in DRC.I call all concerned elites ,politicians and military official involved in this operation to be aware of such rumours to an avoid an impingement to the cooperation of these two armies in the fight against terrorism.

We have come to learn that these toxic and negative claims are by malicious groups of people in this region who want to sow hatred in civilians so that they stop cooperating with the forces fighting against terrorism.

USA private security company to be deployed in North and South Kivu!! Tshisekedi proves to be a diplomatic threat to the once strong leaders in the region...

On Monday,Blackwater  received authorization from the US government to deploy to the DRC in South Kivu, North Kivu, Tanganyika, Lwalaba, and Haut-Katanga.

This is the first team of private US forces to deploy before the US Forces.

The contract has already been signed between the Congolese government and Blackwater.

It is said that the M23 received an order from the US administration this weekend to leave the territories of North and South Kivu, starting with WALIKAKE, where Blackwater is already deployed with a few troops to secure the American tin company.

A security perimeter including WALIKAKE and Goma airport is included in the defense agreement between Kinshasa and Blackwater.

For now, the Blackwater group will use the Kinshasa military airport, the Kamina base, and the Kisangani airport to transport their logistics and equipment.

The deployment will begin in Walikake and then extend to all of South Kivu, North Kivu, Ituri, Tanganyika, Lwalaba, and Haut-Katanga.

Blackwater has more than 25,000 former Delta Force personnel, Green Berets, Marines, Navy Seals, and other CIA, NSA, and FBI personnel in its ranks, including 2,000 to 4,000 who will be deployed to eastern DRC with the necessary military equipment to deter any attempts by the Rwandan militia.

A gateway to a solution to this war that has already lasted 30 years.

Kinshasa negotiates three new Chinese attack drones

Congolese security officials are discussing a costly contract with the Chinese giant Catic to acquire three aircraft

and prepare the army's counteroffensive against the M23 in the east of the country.

In February, negotiations reached an advanced stage between Kinshasa and the state-owned China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corp (Catic) regarding a major drone procurement project. In this context, General Jules Banza Mwilambwe's general staff expects to receive various stocks of munitions, including FT-10 guided bombs, PL-10 (air-to-air) and HJ-10 (anti-tank) missiles, as well as BRM-1 guided rockets to equip three Wing Loong attack drones. Kinshasa hopes to receive the first aircraft by the end of the year.

A few days after the fall of Goma, the capital of North Kivu, to the M23 rebels, the Congolese Minister of Defense, Guy Kabombo Muadiamvita, committed on February 2 to acquiring these long-range drones and a control station, at a cost of €172 million.

The particularly expensive purchase project has drawn criticism from Congolese security circles.

However, it should allow operators of the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC) to benefit from four months of training in China, while Catic could provide maintenance for the equipment for a period of five years. The acquisition of drones for the FARDC was described as "very important" by the Minister of Defense in a letter requesting approval sent to Prime Minister Judith Suminwa Tuluka in early February. The three aircraft are intended to carry out deep strikes against M23 elements and their supporters in the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF).

Military Cooperation Agreement

The discussions follow a military cooperation agreement signed between the DRC and China in September 2024, on the sidelines of Guy Kabombo Muadiamvita's visit to the Ninth Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) in Beijing. While the negotiations involved the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff, they did not involve President FΓ©lix Tshilombo's Military Staff, headed by General Franck Ntumba. The latter's position has been weakened since the beginning of the year due to the operational successes of the coalition between the M23 and the RDF in the east of the country.

In 2023 and 2024, the FARDC already received attack drones from China. China Aerospace Science and Technology Corp (Casc) was then contracted by Kinshasa to deliver a total of nine CH-4 drones, several of which were quickly shot down.

Beyond Chinese suppliers, the Congolese authorities have also approached the Belarusian state agency BelTechExport (Beltech) to procure aircraft. At the end of last year, the UAVHeli company delivered more than a hundred Berkut kamikaze drones to the Congolese army. The result of an agreement dating back to August 2024. The contract, signed by General Franck Ntumba, also included the delivery of around ten mobile control stations installed on Toyota Land Cruisers and launch platforms.

Regarding training, the FARDC received drone simulators, while around ten Belarusian instructors spent three months in Kinshasa and Kisangani (Tshopo province) to train the Congolese operators. But this equipment has already suffered the consequences of the military debacle in the east. In January, the M23 seized a large arsenal during the capture of Goma, including Berkut drones.

M23 announces immediate cessation of hostilities on all Frontlines

In a statement resembling a joint declaration but signed unilaterally, the M23 announced an immediate cessation of hostilities on all front lines after the Doha talks.

The M23 statement indicated that both parties agreed on these stances, which would lead to genuine dialogue.

It should be noted that at the end of the "Dialogue Between Congolese" on radio stations this Wednesday evening, government spokesperson Patrick Muayaya confirmed the presence of such a document and its recognition.
