In the agreement Félix Tshisekedi signed with Rwanda, he ceded strategic minerals from Rubaya, South Kivu, and Walikalé to Rwanda for a period of 25 years, on the condition that Rwanda leave him in power, except that we control these strategic minerals. And do my brothers in the UDPS know what Félix Tshilombo signed with Rwanda?
