This carfew is supposed to be observed by every Ugandan as a MUST and even the president.So am really shocked to some of you who think you cannot obey it!!! Whether you are a minister or whatever you think you are,you must obey it!! However there may be and are some exceptions like Nurses,doctors, and others with emergency cases.Fir the case of these I have described like Nurses and doctors, if you are going for a night duty then you are allowed but do not use that exception to go where you are not needed to be!!!Only personnels involved in making sure that people adhere to the carfew are the only ones allowed beyond 7pm.So, everyone irrespective of who you are must be at his home by 7pm!! And try to respect those involved in seeing that the carfew is respected!!!!
