From dawn there has been fighting in Rutshuru with wazalendo aiming at rescuing kiwanja.

According to report iam receiving now,since 3:57 am central African time /10:57 east African time, clashes have resumed between the young resistance fighters who had retreated to Kabati ,with heavy attacks on the rebels of M23 .
