Situation report on M23 Vs Wazalendo


 Nearly 5 days after the M23 rebels' attempt to regain control of the city of Kitshanga failed, the security situation remains calm and is calm this evening.

Our sources since Kitshanga indicate that the rebels have cut all the water supply pipes in the city from the Muhe spring, where a team of plumbers dispatched to the site for a water rehabilitation mission, is fell into an ambush set by the rebels, who mishandled them before releasing them without giving them the chance to restore the water.

Several sources also confirm the reinforcement of m23 troops in Bwiza , Tongo_kisangani , Mulimbi and Busanza

Information from Tongo indicates that 5 women were raped by the M23 rebels, 4 out of fear did not return to the village, but one took the courage to go to a health center for care.


After the disillusionment of the rebels in the zone of #Kilolirwe where they recorded enormous losses in their ranks, whether on the side of the troops or that of the officers, the M23 has just deployed 2 generals (Baudouin NGARUYE and Byamungu Taïga one ) as well as colonels on the front lines, to closely follow this war, say our sources in the area.


Meanwhile,the president of M23 wrote that;

The young resistance fighters attacked the rebels of M23 in Ngwenda, the rebels abandoned their middle positions, and retreated to Kinyandonyi. (detail 2mro).

All these scenarios are happening under the distant observation of the FARDC

 , who remain in their positions saying they respect the ceasefire. today,  two new M23 elements

“We were taken with the promise that we would be paid but nothing was done and that is how I made the decision to surrender to the Fardc. In this movement we work with the Rwandan soldiers as instructors and fighters in our various clashes against the fardc. I ask those who remained in M23 to go to the government also here we are treated well,” declares Tuyisenge Claude M23 element who surrendered.

Citzens have done a great work in the arrest of an armed robber

Vigilant residents arrest armed man Residents of Kiwatule this afternoon foiled an attempted robbery in Kiwatule after gunman entered Liquid Cash Emergency Loans with intent to rob. The suspect, Isaac Mulengenyi, 23, reportedly fired in the air to scare onlookers however mob charged at him, arrested and handed him to police. A case of aggravated robbery has been opened at Ntinda Police Station Vide CRB 123/2019 while a rifle has been recovered with nine rounds of ammunition. The suspect is still being detained at Ntinda pending appearance before court.
