A collaborator of the Islamist terrorists ADF/MTM/ISCAP has been arrested.
Mr. Kasereka Kakolele was apprehended by security services on July 16th upon a complaint from the people of KALIBO. He played the role of a terrorist ADF/MTM/ISCAP scout before the massacres in MANGINA and KALIBO in the Beni Territory.
