After Mushaki,m23 dispatches to neighbouring subcounties!


 Yesterday evening Thursday, the M23 rebels who were heading in the direction of Karuba turned around on the Karuba road just like those who were heading in the direction of Matanda , turned back at level of the bridge located in the farm of Bizimakara .


On the Mushaki Kabaya axis, the M23 rebels advanced to Bunyole, Kabaya up to a few kilometers from Bihambwe .

This morning, we have confirmation that the M23 rebels are in Kabaya 2, on the hill occupied by Baudouin NGARUYE in 2007.


The inhabitants of Bihambwe, out of fear, fled all night heading towards Katale, and others headed towards Rubaya .

This morning again, some rubaya populations were abandoning the area heading towards Kinigi, Kibabi and Katoyi, fearing the advance of the rebels.

In all areas, everything was calm this morning.

Several observers believe that the intensification of attacks by the M23 rebels is a form of blackmail and one-upmanship, to prove to public opinion that the EAC_RF contributed greatly to the maintenance of peace and stability in areas where they cohabited. with the rebels.

The representative of the secretary general of the UN in RDC Madame Bintou Keita, yesterday called on all parties to "defuse tensions, and the M23 to immediately cease hostilities, while recalling that the MONUSCO stands by alongside the FARDC , and will do everything to ensure the protection of civilians.

Citzens have done a great work in the arrest of an armed robber

Vigilant residents arrest armed man Residents of Kiwatule this afternoon foiled an attempted robbery in Kiwatule after gunman entered Liquid Cash Emergency Loans with intent to rob. The suspect, Isaac Mulengenyi, 23, reportedly fired in the air to scare onlookers however mob charged at him, arrested and handed him to police.
