The M23 decried these multiple attacks by the forces they claim are the coalition forces of the illegitimate regime of Kinshasa mainly, the FARDC, FDLR, MERCENARIES, MILITIA, the NATIONAL DEFENSE FORCES OF BURUNDI and the SADC FORCES, supported by MONUSCO against all international conventions and United Nations resolutions , attacking densely populated areas in Nyenyeri, Bitare and their surroundings, using heavy artillery and battle tanks;tweeted Kanyuka.

M23 through Laurence Kanyuka also alerts the International Community and that of Humanitarians to the continued attacks against civilian populations by these forces of the Kinshasa regime and the unprecedented humanitarian crisis in Masisi.

Despite all this, the M23 high command is determined and vows not to leave their claimed ancestral dwelling and ready to fight until they reclaim their right of nationality.
