Changes in DRC domestic intelligence (ANR) and rumours of arrest of head of military intelligence (DEMIAP)

 

There has been new appointments within the ANR and the arrest of General Christian Ndaywell, former head of DEMIAP!

These are the changes in ANR!

1. Joseph Kalambay Mpoy is appointed deputy general administrator

2. Louis Mwenze, principal administrator, head of the internal service department

3. Augustin Ntumba, principal administrator, head of the external service department

4. Philémon Mambabwa, principal administrator, head of the support department

5. Alex Kabuya, head of the economic and financial intelligence department.

There are also reports that the ANR boss Justin Kakiak inzun may not survive dismissal.

Other rumours indicate that Frank Ntumba bua Munda has been arrest,he was in charge of security to the president's house.

The rumours also has it that  General Christian Ndaywell, who was responsible for DEMIAP, has been arrested!
