His Excellency Mwalimu Vital Kamerhe Nkingi, Speaker of the National Assembly of the DRC, met with Ugandan President YOWERI KAGUTA MUSEVENI M7 at State House in Entebbe.
With him, President Vital KAMERHE delivered a special message from His Excellency President Félix Antoine Tshisekedi, focusing on the security situation in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
According to intelligence collections from DRC media and critics of president Tshisekedi,they are lamenting:"Knowing that Vital KAMERHE is one of the few individuals in the current Congolese political class who has a strong grasp of this issue, we hope that the Ugandan President will not be able to fool us".
