US senate calls for immediate cessation of hostilities, withdrawal of Rwandan army but M23 confirms it will not stop war

The U.S. Senate calls for an immediate cessation of all hostilities, the withdrawal of the M23 and the Rwandan army, and the initiation of legal proceedings against all perpetrators of crimes of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity.

(See DOCUMENT below)👇🏼

But,Major Willy NGOMA  on  morning of 27/04/215 via telegram said!

"Who told you the war is over? The AFC M23 has just captured two strategic cities, notably Kaziba and Kabamba.

To negotiate effectively with the madman Félix Tshilombo, we need to capture Kisangani, Lubumbashi, Mbandaka, and Kwamouthou. Félix Tshilombo must be cornered in Kinshasa. There will be good negotiations, and we'll face each other on the table!

An agreement is a small piece of paper that can be torn up at any time; the administration is a continuum. We have already sent our emissaries to the United States to inform Donald Trump's regime that no US economic interests will be threatened in the DRC if we overthrow the chaotic, arrogant, bloody tribal regime of Félix Tshisekedi.

None of the nine countries bordering the DRC wants to see Félix Tshilombo at the head of the Democratic Republic of Congo anymore because he's a deranged, unhinged, comedian. Insolent thief who accuses everyone to hide his incompetence! Nothing is ever over, you rejoice too quickly!

No one on this earth can trust Félix Tshilombo. In the agreement Félix Tshisekedi signed with Rwanda, he ceded strategic minerals from Rubaya, South Kivu, and Walikalé to Rwanda for a period of 25 years, on the condition that Rwanda leave him in power, except that we control these strategic minerals. And do my brothers in the UDPS know what Félix Tshilombo signed with Rwanda?

You still haven't understood anything, haven't gained anything!"

UPDF & FARDC evaluation meeting held in fortportal

This ended Saturday, April 26, 2025 ,there was an  evaluation meeting of joint operations FARDC-UPDF at FORT PORTAL in UGANDA

Remember that there has been 7 days of intense fighting as FARDC and UPDF managed to dislodge the ADF from their strategic base of Ekenye along the Mukondo road axis in Beni territory..

However,as UPDF vehicles entered DRC on Saturday for this evaluation, according to our HUMINT and OSINT collections, there are a lot rumours by some Congolese media that the UPDF was secretly infiltrating other soldiers in DRC.I call all concerned elites ,politicians and military official involved in this operation to be aware of such rumours to an avoid an impingement to the cooperation of these two armies in the fight against terrorism.

We have come to learn that these toxic and negative claims are by malicious groups of people in this region who want to sow hatred in civilians so that they stop cooperating with the forces fighting against terrorism.

USA private security company to be deployed in North and South Kivu!! Tshisekedi proves to be a diplomatic threat to the once strong leaders in the region...

On Monday,Blackwater  received authorization from the US government to deploy to the DRC in South Kivu, North Kivu, Tanganyika, Lwalaba, and Haut-Katanga.

This is the first team of private US forces to deploy before the US Forces.

The contract has already been signed between the Congolese government and Blackwater.

It is said that the M23 received an order from the US administration this weekend to leave the territories of North and South Kivu, starting with WALIKAKE, where Blackwater is already deployed with a few troops to secure the American tin company.

A security perimeter including WALIKAKE and Goma airport is included in the defense agreement between Kinshasa and Blackwater.

For now, the Blackwater group will use the Kinshasa military airport, the Kamina base, and the Kisangani airport to transport their logistics and equipment.

The deployment will begin in Walikake and then extend to all of South Kivu, North Kivu, Ituri, Tanganyika, Lwalaba, and Haut-Katanga.

Blackwater has more than 25,000 former Delta Force personnel, Green Berets, Marines, Navy Seals, and other CIA, NSA, and FBI personnel in its ranks, including 2,000 to 4,000 who will be deployed to eastern DRC with the necessary military equipment to deter any attempts by the Rwandan militia.

A gateway to a solution to this war that has already lasted 30 years.
