The Mini Summit of Great Lakes Heads of State postponed twice will finally has to  take place today,Wednesday, October 7

′′ After intense diplomatic activity on the Kinshasa-Bujumbura axis, the RDC-Uganda-Rwanda-Burundi Summit has been confirmed. It will be held by videoconference on this Wednesday, October 7 ", announced the Democratic Republic of the Congo presidential communication service.

Long before the Goma Summit, continued the same source, Ministers of Great Lakes countries held a meeting in Goma on October 6th.

The President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, FĂ©lix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, arrived Monday, October 5 in Goma, North Kivu as a prelude to this summit.
