Is he really Rwadese spy? Media in Kenya claims :Rwandan Tutsi Spies' Nairobi-Based Death Squad — David Mihigo Kagame Implicated in the Assassination of Kenyan MP Ong’ondo Were

A major breakthrough has emerged in the ongoing investigation into the assassination of Kasipul Member of Parliament, Charles Ong’ondo Were, who was brutally gunned down on April 30, 2025.

Interior Principal Secretary Dr. Raymond Omollo confirmed that key suspects have been identified, with the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) narrowing in on those believed to have executed the hit. Among the suspects arrested is a high-profile Rwandan Tutsi operative, David Mihigo Kagame — a well-known figure linked to Kigali’s intelligence apparatus and suspected of orchestrating covert operations across East Africa.

His arrest has shocked security experts and lawmakers alike, revealing the existence of a Nairobi-based Rwandan spy and death squad network that had remained hidden in plain sight.

According to security sources, David Mihigo Kagame leads a covert Rwandan Tutsi spy cell operating primarily out of Ngumba Estate in Kasarani, Nairobi. The cell is believed to consist of between 2,000 to 3,000 Rwandan intelligence agents — many of them women "honey traps" — embedded in strategic areas including Nairobi, Mombasa, and Nakuru.

Their mission: to infiltrate Kenyan government structures, influence Members of Parliament, county officials, and particularly to manipulate corrupt elements within Kenya’s police and security sectors. These operatives reportedly arrived in waves, many traveling on the now-infamous "Trinity" bus line, which has frequently been seen ferrying young Tutsi men into Kenya under the guise of seeking refuge or employment. This bus is operated by the Rwandan intelligence department.

Alarmingly, Claims and. Other other anti Kagame intelligence suggests that these men are later transported to the Democratic Republic of Congo to join the M23 rebel movement — a group long supported by Kigali.

Governor Gladys Wanga, speaking emotionally during MP Ong’ondo Were’s funeral, accused unnamed government actors of deliberately attempting to suppress the truth. “The disinformation flooding social media is no accident. It is funded, coordinated, and intended to conceal the truth about who killed Were,” she said.

Her comments point to a disturbing cover-up, as well as growing concerns about Rwanda’s silent influence on Kenyan soil. The involvement of David Mihigo Kagame — whose name has surfaced repeatedly in intelligence circles — offers chilling insight into the scale of foreign interference.

David Mihigo Kagame's cell, which recently relocated to Kenya after being flushed out of Tanzania by security crackdowns, appears to be operating freely and with little resistance from Kenyan authorities. This raises troubling questions about our national security, the safety of elected officials, and the willingness of the Kenyan state to confront foreign threats that are now operating within its border.

US senate calls for immediate cessation of hostilities, withdrawal of Rwandan army but M23 confirms it will not stop war

The U.S. Senate calls for an immediate cessation of all hostilities, the withdrawal of the M23 and the Rwandan army, and the initiation of legal proceedings against all perpetrators of crimes of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity.

(See DOCUMENT below)πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

But,Major Willy NGOMA  on  morning of 27/04/215 via telegram said!

"Who told you the war is over? The AFC M23 has just captured two strategic cities, notably Kaziba and Kabamba.

To negotiate effectively with the madman FΓ©lix Tshilombo, we need to capture Kisangani, Lubumbashi, Mbandaka, and Kwamouthou. FΓ©lix Tshilombo must be cornered in Kinshasa. There will be good negotiations, and we'll face each other on the table!

An agreement is a small piece of paper that can be torn up at any time; the administration is a continuum. We have already sent our emissaries to the United States to inform Donald Trump's regime that no US economic interests will be threatened in the DRC if we overthrow the chaotic, arrogant, bloody tribal regime of FΓ©lix Tshisekedi.

None of the nine countries bordering the DRC wants to see FΓ©lix Tshilombo at the head of the Democratic Republic of Congo anymore because he's a deranged, unhinged, comedian. Insolent thief who accuses everyone to hide his incompetence! Nothing is ever over, you rejoice too quickly!

No one on this earth can trust FΓ©lix Tshilombo. In the agreement FΓ©lix Tshisekedi signed with Rwanda, he ceded strategic minerals from Rubaya, South Kivu, and WalikalΓ© to Rwanda for a period of 25 years, on the condition that Rwanda leave him in power, except that we control these strategic minerals. And do my brothers in the UDPS know what FΓ©lix Tshilombo signed with Rwanda?

You still haven't understood anything, haven't gained anything!"

UPDF & FARDC evaluation meeting held in fortportal

This ended Saturday, April 26, 2025 ,there was an  evaluation meeting of joint operations FARDC-UPDF at FORT PORTAL in UGANDA

Remember that there has been 7 days of intense fighting as FARDC and UPDF managed to dislodge the ADF from their strategic base of Ekenye along the Mukondo road axis in Beni territory..

However,as UPDF vehicles entered DRC on Saturday for this evaluation, according to our HUMINT and OSINT collections, there are a lot rumours by some Congolese media that the UPDF was secretly infiltrating other soldiers in DRC.I call all concerned elites ,politicians and military official involved in this operation to be aware of such rumours to an avoid an impingement to the cooperation of these two armies in the fight against terrorism.

We have come to learn that these toxic and negative claims are by malicious groups of people in this region who want to sow hatred in civilians so that they stop cooperating with the forces fighting against terrorism.
